Again use the same tool to remove the home button cable connector.
With the same tool remove the display data cable connector.
By using the flat end of spudger tool remove the digitalize cable connector.
Now you can easily remove front panel assembly from the frame or body of the iPhone 6 plus.

Transfer home button from old screen to the new one:

Now you should transfer the home button to the new display screen. For this open the screws that are placed on the home button bracket.
Then remove the home button bracket from the old front display panel.
Then remove the home button cable connector by using the pointed side of spudger tool.

Then by using the spudger tool again remove the home button completely from the old front panel assembly.
After separating the home button completely place it on the new front panel assembly.

Reassemble:

Now use the above procedure in the reverse order to connect all the screws and accessories back to iPhone 6 plus in order to use it again as before.
