Steps to follow:

• Removing the display screen from the body:

1. Power off your iPhone 7.

2. Then place the suction cup on the screen and pull it upward carefully in order to release the screen from the bottom of the body.

3. Now use the pointed side of the spudger tool and try to loosen the screen from the bottom of the iPhone 7.

4. Then slight the inserted flat end of the spudger tool to widen the gap between the display screen and the body of iPhone 7.

5. Again slight the spudger toll at the left and right side of the screen to open the screen from all the sides.

6. After doing this pull the suction cup to open the screen accurately.

7. Remove the suction cup.

8. Now further insert the opening pick at the place of spudger tool to break all the remaining adhesive completely.

9. Now open the display screen from the left hand side as you open the cover of your iPhone

10. Now remove the four tri-point Y000 screws that are placed on the bracket of the lower connector by using a tri-point Y000 screwdriver.

11. Remove that bracket and place it safely aside.

12. Now use the pointed side of the spudger tool to lift the battery connect out from its housing on the logic board.

13. By using the finger nail or the pointed side of the spudger tool pull the two lower display connector from the logic board.

14. Now by using the Philips #000 screwdriver remove the two screws that are placed on the bracket of front panel sensor assembly connector.

15. Remove the bracket.

16. Remove the front panel sensor assembly connector from the logic board.

17. Now you can easily remove the display assembly from the body of the iPhone 7.

• Replacing the charging port:

After removing the screen the next thing you do is to replace the charging port that is our main target.

1. There are two screws that are placed on the barometric vent. Use the Philips #000 screwdriver to open that screws and remove the barometric vent.

2. Now remove the tapic engine connector from the logic board by using the flat end of the spudger tool.

3. Then remove the three screws that connect the tapic engine to the body of iPhone 7. You can do this by using Philips #000 screwdriver.

4. After opening the screws remove that tapic engine.

5. Now by using the Philips #000 screwdriver remove the screws that are placed on the Wi-Fi antenna.

6. Also remove the three screws that protect the speakers.

7. Now pull the two antenna cable by using the pointed sides of the spudger tool from the logic board.

8. Deroute the antenna cables by using the tweezer.

9. Again by using tweezer remove the cables of the antenna from the clip that is placed on the socket.

10. Slightly slide the speaker assembly by using the pointed side of the spudger tool and get it off from the logic board.

11. Now use the sim card eject tool and remove the sim tray by ejecting it in the hole.

12. Now disconnect the rear face camera by using the flat end of the spudger tool.

13. Remove the screws that are placed on the rear facing camera bracket and remove the bracket.

14. Remove the camera flash cable connector again by using the pointed end of the spudger tool.

15. Unscrew those two screws that are placed on the upper cable bracket.

16. Remove the bracket.

17. Remove the screws that are placed on the Wi-Fi antenna by using a pentalobe screwdriver.

18. Remove the antenna that is placed on the top left side.

19. Further remove the two Philips screws that are placed at the left top side on the bracket.

20. Remove the bracket.

21. Now use the standoff screwdriver bit and remove the screw that is placed on the grounding bracket.

22. Bend the grounding bracket by using the tweezer.

23. Disconnect the lower cable connector by using the spudger tool.

24. Use the pointed side of the spudger tool to disconnect the sim eject plunger from the logic board.

25. Lift up the battery connector from the logic board by using the flat side of the spudger tool.

26. Pull out the battery connector from the case.

27. Remove the screws that are placed on the lightning connector by using a Philips #000 screwdriver.

28. Disconnect the lightning connector`s spring contact.

29. Remove the two screws that are placed on the lightning connector cable.

30. Now remove the stickers that covered those screws that attached lightening connector to the body of the iPhone 7.

31. Remove those screws as well.

32. Separate the two bottom side microphones by using the pointed side of the spudger tool.

33. Placed the opening pick from the middle under the lightening connector and slight it carefully in order to remove it.

34. Continue the sliding until and unless it passes the battery.

35. Now start sliding at the corner and continue until it reaches to the lightening connector.

36. Now slightly lift the lightening connector from its hole.

37. Slide the opening pick again under the lightening connector in order to separate it completely.

38. Slide until lightening connector is removed totally from the iPhone 7.

39. Remove the lightening connector assembly from the iPhone 7.

40. Place the new lightening connector to the iPhone 7.

• Reassembling:

For reassemble repeat the above process in reverse steps. Screwed all the screws and cable in the same way you disconnect them.
