Steps to follow:

Open the iPhone 8 plus:

First thing you should do is to power off your iPhone 8 plus.
Then open the screws that are placed at both sides of the dock connector by using a pentalobe screwdriver.

Remove the screws that are placed at both sides of the dock connector. Use the pentalobe screwdriver to remove them.

Display screen detachment:

Then place the suction cup on the screen and pull it upward carefully in order to release the screen from the bottom of the body.
Now use the pointed side of the spudger tool and try to loosen the screen from the bottom of the iPhone 8 plus.
Then slight the inserted flat end of the spudger tool to widen the gap between the display screen and the body of iPhone 8 plus.
Again slight the spudger toll at the left and right side of the screen to open the screen from all the sides.
After doing this pull the suction cup to open the screen accurately.
Remove the suction cup.
Now further insert the opening pick at the place of spudger tool to break all the remaining adhesive completely.
Now open the display screen from the left hand side as you open the cover of your iPhone
Now remove the four Phillips screws that are placed on the bracket of the lower display cable by using Phillips screwdriver.
Remove that bracket and place it safely aside.
Now use the pointed side of the spudger tool to lift the battery connect out from its housing on the logic board.
By using the finger nail or the pointed side of the spudger tool pull the two lower display connector from the logic board.
Now by using Phillips screwdriver remove the three screws that are placed on the bracket of front panel sensor assembly connector.
Remove the bracket.
Remove the front panel sensor assembly connector from the logic board by using pointed side of spudger tool.
Now you can easily remove the iPhone 8 plus display assembly from the body.

Battery replacement:

Remove the bracket that is placed next to the tapic engine by opening the three screws by using tri-point Y000 and Phillips screwdriver.
Remove the bracket.
Now place an opening pick between an antenna`s flex cable and the top of the speaker and slide it smoothly.
Then disconnect the diversity antenna flex cable from the logic board by using the pointed side of the spudger tool.
In order to hold the socket down placed the opening pick under the antenna flex cable.
By holding the socket down remove the antenna flex cable by prying it by using THE pointed side of the spudger tool.
Remove that Wi-Fi diversity antenna.
Then remove the two screws that connect the tapic engine to the body of iPhone 8 plus. You can do this by using Philips #000 screwdriver.
Now move the antenna cable socket far from the connector by using the pointed side of the spudger tool.
Remove the tapic engine flex cable by prying it through again by the pointed side of the spudger tool.
Remove that tapic engine.
Now peel off the four adhesive strips that are placed at the lower and upper side of the battery by using the tweezer.
Do this peeling process slowly and carefully.
After removing the adhesive strips disconnect the old battery from the iPhone 8 plus.

Reassemble:

Repeat the above procedure in the reverse order to fix all the screws and component in the perfect manner so that you can use your iPhone 8 plus.
